Sistem Electromechanical Establishments Inc., http://www.sistemel.com and Kurt Construction Industry & Trade Ltd. www.kurtinžaat.com are both general contracting companies and has been engaged in the construction of industrial structural works since 1981 and 1983 respectively.

The projects running under both company's contractual undertaking at the time being totals up to USD 225 million.
 
  Sistem has 4 major on-going contracts. Two contracts for Turkish State Hydraulic Works; a dam construction and a Ų1400 mm x 28 km city water supply construction contract, with respective contract values of USD 70 and 20 million, both in the south-east of Turkey and two contracts for Turkish Highways, one being a 45 km long motor way near Ankara with a contract value of USD 30 million and another one being a USD 15 million worth, 20 km long motor way in Black Sea Region.
 
  Kurt has 2 major on-going contracts.One is a USD 50 million worth dam construction contract in the north of Turkey and another one is a USD 70 million worth irrigation contract in GAP (south-east of Turkey) for Turkish State Hydraulic Works.
